ไม่เคยชาร์จไฟเกินจนแบตเตอรี่เสียหาย ไม่เคยตกน้ำ ไม่เคยใช้ผิดวิธีจนอุปกรณ์เสียหาย ไม่เคยแกะหรือซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์
มีสติ๊กเกอร์รับประกันและกล่องสินค้าในสภาพสมบูรณ์ และมีใบรับประกันสินค้า 
ระยะเวลาที่ลูกค้าสามารถแจ้งเปลี่ยน ภายใน 7 วันนับจากได้รับสินค้าครับ
การจัดส่งสินค้าทางพัศดุ ในกรณีลูกค้าต้องการเร่งด่วนหรือต้องการกำหนดวันรับของเพราะต้องการใช้งานด่วน 
ทางร้านขออนุญาตเรียนแจ้ง
ทางร้านสามารถกำหนดช่วงวันส่งสินค้าได้ แต่ร้านไม่สามารถรับผิดชอบในกำหนดวันรับสินค้าได้

โดยปกติบริษัทขนส่งใช้เวลาจัดส่งพัศดุ 2-4 วันทำการ 
ในกรณีที่ทางบริษัทขนส่งติดปัญหา เช่น ปิดสาขา หรือ ภัยพิบัติ หรือ เหตุอื่นๆที่ทำให้ล่าช้ากว่าปกติ
ลูกค้าสามารถรับสินค้าที่สาขาของบริษัทขนส่ง หรือ รับแนวทางอื่นๆในการแก้ไขปัญหาจากบริษัทขนส่งได้คะ 
ในกรณีลูกค้าต้องการสินค้าเร่งด่วนและกำหนดวันเวลาได้ 
ทางร้านแนะนำลูกค้าเปลี่ยนการส่งพัศดุเป็นการจัดส่งสินค้าโดยแมสเซ็นเจอร์หรือการจัดส่งโดยเรียกคนขับรถกระบะหรือรถ 6 ล้อ หรือ 10 ล้อแทนคะ
